You must cancel at least 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund of your deposit minus a $30 processing fee. Cancellations for any reason at 29 days or closer to arrival date will forfeit the full deposit. Deposit can not be rolled over to future reservations.
Failure to arrive on the scheduled arrival date by 10pm will result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of your deposit.
Changes to your reservation must be done at least 30 days prior to arrival or we will consider it a cancellation of your original reservation, you will forfeit your original deposit and you will need to rebook a new reservation at the applicable rate.
So, here's the truth. As a small business in an area with a very limited operating season, the cancellations impact us greatly. Really, it hits us hard. Therefore, we are sorry to say that we must be strict on our policies, regardless of the reason. We are located in an area with varying weather (strong winds and snowstorms are not uncommon), road construction and closures, wildfires and now, of course, we are dealing with a world-wide pandemic. We strongly urge you to purchase travel insurance that will cover you for any of these events.
